Chern Jenn-chuan (Chinese: 陳振川; pinyin: Chén Zhènchuān; born 28 July 1954) is a Taiwanese civil engineer and academic. He is a professor emeritus of civil engineering at National Taiwan University. He currently serves as the CEO of the Tang Prize Foundation, which is responsible for the planning and development of events associated with the Tang Prize. Previously, Chern served in multiple ministerial positions in the Executive Yuan.
