Chiêm Hóa is a rural district of Tuyên Quang province in the Northeast region of Vietnam. As of 2020 the district had a population of 134,091. The population density is 117 people/km² The district covers an area of 1.146,24 km². The district capital lies at Vĩnh Lộc, where the Gâm River flows in a north-south direction, 68 km north of Tuyen Quang city.
