The Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China (China MSA or CMSA; Chinese: 中华人民共和国海事局) is a law enforcement and rescue agency of departmental grade (正司局级) under the Ministry of Transportation. It is headquartered in Dongcheng District, Beijing. The incumbent chief is Fu Xuyin, and the incumbent deputy chief is Xu Wei. In 2025, the Budget of the CMSA was 12.8 billion RMB.
