Phillip Leon "Chip" Myers (July 9, 1945 – February 23, 1999) was an American professional football player who was a wide receiver who in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers. He played college football for the Northwestern Oklahoma State Rangers
