Carmin Charles "Chuck" Caputo (born July 17, 1938, in New York City) is an American politician. A Democrat, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2005. He represented the 67th district, made up of parts of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. He was defeated for reelection on November 3, 2009 by James LeMunyon. In 2014, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that he was appointing Caputo to the board of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
