Claire Muriel Fagin FAAN (née Mintzer; November 25, 1926 – January 16, 2024) was an American nurse, educator, and academic. She was an early advocate of family-centered care, with major contributions to psychiatric nursing, nursing education and geriatric nursing. Fagin was also one of the first women to serve as president of an Ivy League university.
