Clark J. Quinn is a United States Air Force major general who has served as the deputy commander of Air Education and Training Command since July 2024. He most recently served as the commander of Nineteenth Air Force from 2024. He previously served as the deputy commander of the Ninth Air Force.

In February 2021, Quinn was nominated and confirmed for promotion to major general, which became effective July 6, 2021.
