Celaya Fútbol Club is a Mexican professional football club based in Celaya, Guanajuato, that plays in the Liga de Expansión MX, the second level division of Mexican football. The club was founded in 1954, then changed its name to Real Celaya in 1991, Atlético Celaya in 1994. After its dissolution in 2002, the club returns as Cajeteros de Celaya from 2003 to 2007, and later renamed as Club Celaya in 2007. Since 2008, the club uses its original name.
