The Communist Party of Turkey (Turkish: Türkiye Komünist Partisi, TKP) is a communist party in Turkey. It was founded as the Socialist Power Party (Turkish: Sosyalist İktidar Partisi, SİP) on 16 August 1993. In 2001, the party changed its name to the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP).
