Danao, officially the Municipality of Danao (Cebuano: Munisipalidad sa Danao; Tagalog: Bayan ng Danao), is a municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 20,245 people.

Danao celebrates its fiesta on December 30, to honor the town patron the Holy Family.
