David Russell (born 1961 or 1962) is a Scottish Labour politician who has served as the Member of the Scottish Parliament for Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse since 6 June 2025. He was elected to parliament after a by-election following the death of Christina McKelvie on 27 March 2025.
