Debra L. Kiel (/kiːl/ KEEL; born August 31, 1957) is an American politician who served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2011 to 2025. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, Kiel represented District 1B in northwest Minnesota, which includes the cities of Crookston and East Grand Forks and Norman, Polk, Clay and Red Lake Counties.
