Elizabeth Medrano (born April 16, 1996), known under the ring name Delmi Exo, is an American professional wrestler and promoter. Major League Wrestling (MLW) where she is a record-setting two-time MLW Women's Featherweight Champion. She also performs in Westside Xtreme Wrestling, where she is a former wXw Women's Champion. She also performs with her older sister Ashley Vox, as the Sea Stars. They were the longest Shimmer Tag Team Champions in history.
