The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) is a government-owned and controlled corporation established on June 23, 1973, through Presidential Decree No. 205. It serves as a national productivity organization and think tank, providing training, research, consultancy and technical assistance to enhance the capacity and performance of both public and private sectors.
