Dhivër (Albanian: Dhivëri, Greek: Δίβρη) is a village and a former municipality in the Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Finiq. The population at the 2011 census was 1,396,
The municipal unit consists of the villages: Dhivër; Rumanxë; Memoraq; Navaricë; Dermish; Leshnicë e Sipërme; Leshnicë e Poshtme; Janicat; Llupsat; Cerkovicë; Shëndre and Maliçan.
