Disney Jr. is a British-managed Portuguese pay television channel owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company Portugal. Aimed mainly at children between 2 and 7 years of age, it launched on September 15, 2003 as Playhouse Disney block on Disney Channel, it rebranded to Disney Junior no Disney Channel on June 1, 2011, it replaced the Disney Cinemagic as Disney Junior no canal on 1 November 2012 as a network. Along with the new channel, Disney launched "Disney Movies On Demand" service on ZON.

In March 2021, a HD feed was launched on the TV operator MEO.

As of 2025, it shares the same schedule with the Wallonia, Netherlands, and Spanish feeds.
