Doghramaj (Azerbaijani: Doğramac) or Ovdug (Azerbaijani: Ovduq; Muslim Tat: Ov Dug) is a cold Azerbaijani soup. It is the Azerbaijani version of the Russian soup Okroshka, with minor differences separating the two, and similar to another warm soup from Azerbaijan, Dovga.
