Dolzhansky District (Russian: Должа́нский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Oryol Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 908.4 square kilometers (350.7 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (an urban-type settlement) of Dolgoye. Population: 11,984 (2010 Census); 14,187 (2002 Census); 15,364 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Dolgoye accounts for 37.1% of the district's total population.
