Dominique J. Barber (born August 2, 1986) is an American former professional football player who was a safety for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Minnesota Golden Gophers and was selected by the Texans in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL draft.

He is the son of former NFL running back Marion Barber, Jr., younger brother of former NFL running back Marion Barber III and older brother of Minnesota Golden Gophers linebacker Thomas Barber. His cousin is Peyton Barber who was an NFL running back.
