Dorothy Alanna Fink is an American endocrinologist and government official who serves as the acting assistant secretary for health since May 2025. She served as the acting United States secretary of health and human services from January 20, 2025 until February 13, 2025. She is also the director of the Office on Women's Health in the Department of Health and Human Services.
