Downham is a district of South East London, England, within the London Borough of Lewisham. Downham is located south of Lewisham and borders north London Borough of Bromley.

Downham was named in honour of Lord Downham, who was chairman of the London County Council between 1919 and 1920.

The Prime Meridian passes just to the west of Downham.
