The Drake–Northern Iowa rivalry is the American collegiate athletics rivalry between the Panthers sports teams of the University of Northern Iowa and the Bulldogs sports teams of Drake University.
Both universities are located in the State of Iowa and are members of the Missouri Valley Conference. Northern Iowa's campus located in Cedar Falls and Drake's campus located in Des Moines are only 108 miles apart. The universities are two of the Big Four (NCAA Division I institutions in Iowa) schools, along with the University of Iowa and Iowa State University.
