The East Bengal Regiment (Bengali: ইস্ট বেঙ্গল রেজিমেন্ট) is one of the two infantry regiments of the Bangladesh Army, the other being the Bangladesh Infantry Regiment. East Bengal Regiment was founded by Major Abdul Gani.
