Edwin Rolfe (September 7, 1909 – May 24, 1954) was an American poet, journalist, Spanish Civil War veteran, and screenwriter. He has been dubbed "the poet laureate of the Abraham Lincoln Battalion" – the group of Americans who fought alongside the Spanish Loyalists against the Nazi-backed forces of Francisco Franco and his Nationalist faction.
