Edzo Hendrik Toxopeus (Dutch: [ˈɛtsoː ˈɦɛndrɪk tɔksoːˈpeːjʏs]; 19 February 1918  23 August 2009) was a Dutch politician who served as Minister of the Interior between 1959 and 1965, and as Leader of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy between 1963 and 1969.
