Eileen Chong Pei Shan (Chinese: 蒋佩姗; pinyin: Jiǎng Pèishān, born 1992) is a Singaporean politician and former diplomat. A member of the Workers' Party (WP), she has been serving as a non-constituency Member of Parliament (NCMP) in the 15th Parliament of Singapore since 19 May 2025.
