The El-Emam family, sometimes spelled el-Imam (Arabic: عائلة الإمام, آل الإمام), is an Egyptian noble family which has had prominent members since the Abbasid era, through the Fatimid, Ayyubid and Mamluk era. To this day they still have influence.
