Elena Rostropovich (Russian: Елена Ростропович; born June 22, 1958 in Moscow) is a pianist. She left Russia with her parents, cellist and conductor Mstislav Rostropovich and soprano Galina Vishnevskaya in 1974. She is also a philanthropist.
