El Hiblu 3

The El Hiblu 3 are three migrants who were rescued off the coast of Libya in March 2019. They translated for 100 migrants to prevent an illegal pushback to Libya and instead be brought to Malta on the El Hiblu 1, an oil tanker registered in Turkey and built in 2015.
