Ellen Li Shu-pui CBE JP (Chinese: 李樹培夫人; born Ts'o Sau-kuan; 22 July 1908 – 2 June 2005) was a politician in Hong Kong. She is best known as the first woman to be appointed to the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
