Emer Higgins (born 1986) is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has served as Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation since January 2025 and a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin Mid-West constituency since the 2020 general election.
