Erwan Setiawan (born July 29, 1970) better known as Kang Erwan is the current Vice Governor of West Java since 2025. He is also an Indonesian politician who served as Vice Regent of Sumedang from September 20, 2018, to September 20, 2023. Erwan was elected as Vice Regent of Sumedang with a pair of with Dony Ahmad Munir in the 2018 Sumedang Regent Election.
Before serving as deputy regent, Erwan was a legislator in the Bandung City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) since 2009, becoming a Member of the Bandung City DPRD for the 2009-2014 Period, and was inaugurated as Speaker of the Bandung City DPRD.
Towards the end of his term as a council, he competed in the 2013 Bandung City mayoral election as a candidate for vice mayor of Bandung. At that time, he was paired with Edi Siswadi. However, the Edi-Erwan pair was defeated by the Ridwan Kamil-Oded M. Danial pair.
