Esther Stanford-Xosei (born circa 1974) is a British legal expert and Pan-Africanist advocate who has emerged as a prominent voice in the global reparations movement for African-descended peoples. Her most significant contributions include helping to establish the Pan-African Reparations Coalition in Europe (PARCOE) in 2001 and facilitating the creation of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for African Reparations within the UK Parliament in 2021.
