Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni (born 1940, in Buenos Aires) is a former Argentine politician and judge. He served as a member of the Supreme Court of Argentina from 2003 until 2015, when he resigned due to age restrictions to hold the position. He subsequently served in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights from 2016 to 2022.
