Saint Euthymios of Zela the Ethno-Hieromartyr, (Greek: Ὁ Ἅγιος Εὐθύμιος ὁ Ἱερομάρτυρας Ἐπίσκοπος Ζήλων), born Eustratios Agritellis, 1876–1921, was the last resident bishop of the Diocese of Zela, near Amasia, Western Pontus, which he served from June 12, 1912, until his death on May 29, 1921, during the period of the Greek genocide.
His memory is celebrated on May 29 as well as on the Sunday before the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
