Evan Cooper (born June 28, 1962) is an American former professional football safety at the University of Michigan from 1980 to 1983. He played in the National Football League (NFL) as a safety for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1984 to 1987 and Atlanta Falcons from 1988 to 1989.
