FC Samegrelo Chkorotsku is a Georgian women's football club which competes in the top-tier Georgia women's football championship. It is part of the FC Samegrelo Chkorotsku club.

FC Samegrelo managed to achieve the league title in 2022, having replaced FC Tbilisi Nike (Nike-Luso).
