Fedayeen Saddam (Arabic: فدائيي صدام, romanized: Fidā'iyyī Saddām) was an Iraqi paramilitary militia Fedayeen organization loyal to the Ba'athist regime of Saddam Hussein. The group's name means "Saddam's Men of Sacrifice". At its peak, they had 30,000 to 40,000 members. The Fedayeen operated outside the law and were not bound by any political structures.
