Federal Executive Institute

The Federal Executive Institute (FEI) was an executive and management development and training center for governmental leaders located on a 14-acre (57,000 m2) campus near downtown Charlottesville, Virginia, less than a mile from the University of Virginia.

FEI offered values-based leadership development opportunities through an "interagency residential learning experience" which emphasized "personal growth as well as professional growth." Programs were designed specifically for public sector senior management.
