Feniosky Peña-Mora (born March 6, 1966) is a Dominican-born engineer, educator, professor, and entrepreneur. He previously served as the commissioner of the New York City Department of Design and Construction, the 14th Dean of Columbia School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the Associate Provost of the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. He was inducted as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers in October 2024.
