Finland women's national floorball team (Finnish: Suomen naisten salibandymaajoukkue) is the national team of Finland.

The team won two World Championship titles in 1999 and 2001. They have earned a medal at every European and World Championship. As such, they are the second most successful national team, behind Sweden and ahead of Switzerland. After finishing second in the last two championships in 2021 and 2023, they are also ranked second in the IFF World Ranking, behind Sweden and ahead of the Czech Republic.
