Fivepointville (Pennsylvania German: Druckne) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,156. The town is named for its position at an intersection of five separate roads.
