State Road 729 (SR 729), locally known as State Market Road, is a 2.290-mile-long (3.685 km) north–south road bypassing the city of Pahokee on the southeastern shore of Lake Okeechobee. SR 729 is entirely within the city limits of Pahokee and serves as a designated truck bypass for U.S. Routes 98 and 441 (US 98/US 441).
