Flos B&B Italia Group (formerly Design Holding) is a global conglomerate in high-end design that encompasses a portfolio of brands including B&B Italia, Flos, Louis Poulsen, Maxalto, Arclinea, Azucena, Fendi Casa, Audo and Lumens.

Daniel Lalonde became the CEO of Flos B&B Italia Group in August 2021.

In January 2025, the group announced the appointment of Piero Gandini as Executive Chairman. Gandini, known for his leadership at Flos and his contributions to Italian design, took over from Daniel Lalonde. The transition reflects the group's intention to strengthen its governance and strategic focus on international growth.
