Fonteno (Bergamasque: Fonté) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of Milan and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 680 and an area of 11.1 square kilometres (4.3 sq mi).
