Football at the 2023 African Games will held in Ghana between 7 and 22 March 2024. In addition to the African Games host city of Accra, matches will also playing in Cape Coast.
Two events will be contesting: a men's and women's competitions. Associations affiliated with CAF may send teams to participate in the tournament. Men's and women's teams were restricted to under-20 players for the tournament.
