Fran Millar (born December 9, 1949) is an American politician. He is a former member of the Georgia State Senate from the 40th District, serving from 2011 to 2019. He is a member of the Republican Party. Millar served in the Georgia legislature beginning in 1999, both in the House of Representatives and the Senate.
