Frankie Yick Chi-ming, SBS (Chinese: 易志明, born 1953) is an engineer, businessman and member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong for the Transport functional constituency. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2017.
