Fravashi Academy is a private, co-educational pre-primary, primary, secondary, and higher secondary school in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

The school is run by the R. S. Luth Education Trust, named after Ratanshaw Sorabji Luth, who founded the trust in 1978. Fravashi Academy was established four years later, in 1982.

The name Fravashi is Avestan for the Zoroastrian theory of a personal spirit of an individual.

The current Chairman of the trust is Ratan Luth, the son of Ratanshaw Luth. C. C. de Rozario acts as its managing director.

Aarti Sharma heads Fravashi Academy as its principal. The Primary Section is supervised by Rashida Vasi, and Neha Meghrajani is the supervisor of the pre-primary section. Fravashi Academy has the ISO: 9001 – 2008 certification for its management systems.

The school prepares the students for the grade X ICSE examinations conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, with which it is affiliated.
