Sir Frederick Matthew Darley GCMG PC (18 September 1830 – 4 January 1910) was the sixth Chief Justice of New South Wales, an eminent barrister, a member of the New South Wales Parliament, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, and a member of the British Privy Council.
